This blog is about ……….buying a house….or in other words…….choosing a man.
First thing you need to know…..is your budget!
Some of you are first time buyers, others are bad creditors, and some are ready, willing and able to buy their dream HOUSE.

A. a first time buyer: one who knows no budget. don't have house inspected. Looking at homes well out their means.
You have to find the house to fit your lifestyle. If you're not athletic, don't buy a house with three stories. A huge back yard, or huge pool. How will you maintain it. He's going to want to run, workout, bike…and when you don't go…..he'll have another owner, on the side…that will.

B. Bad creditors: Wants it all…..but have very little to offer. She wants a eight bedroom, three bath, finished basement type dude. And she never finished high school……..but…she got the "bomb" on the head.
You need a man that has money…..lots and lots of money to blow…..and does little to attain it. Drug dealer, pro ball player, pimp..lol……but not a doctor, or lawyer. Someone who appreciate your beautiful body, your love of nature…weed, and your brains, (blow job).

C. the perfect buyer: you've had your share of small apartments, condos, and fixer uppers. Now you're ready for your DREAM HOUSE.
YOUR CREDIT IS TIGHT. YOU KNOW WHAT YOU DON'T WANT, AND YOU HAVE A GOOD DOWN PAYMENT…….YOU.
You don't want to share a house. You don't want no "leaky" pipes. And you want a big "DECK"……..the type of "DECK" you can just lye on all day.
COININCIDENTLY, I have a "huge DECK". My "DECK" has been known to seat several women at once….lol…really;-)

ANYWAY……ladies
Buying a house is serious business. It may be a house you will have to live wit for a very long time. It's an investment. A commitment, if I may say.
Stop looking at the exterior. Stop looking just at the size of the pipes. Stop looking at the manicure lawn…..instead, look for the skeletons in the closets. Check out the previous owners. How much is he worth on the open market. Was there ever a fire (disease), or is it over priced (fronting).
Some homes have "GHOSTS"….also known as "baby mamas". and some ghosts take years to get rid of.
Some homes have more than one "GHOST", and ladies beware of home with "male GHOSTS"……..you might want to check the basement of that house.

And ladies don't put more into the house than its worth…..the property value, still may never go up, and then you're stuck with something you cant put back on the market.
I know a woman who was paying for a "two bedroom bungalow", at a five bedroom penthouse price….boy did she get screwed…..but I think that's all she wanted anyway.

So ladies, take your time. Especially if it's a chance you may have "lil additional" rooms later. Check out everything about the house. Ask your kids opinions and ABOVE ALL………..MAKE SURE YOU GET A HOUSE COMPATIBLE TO YOUR NEEDS.
